ABOUT RENÉE
Hi! I'm Renée and I am the founder of Trillergy. From a young age I knew I wanted to create something of my own that would leave a positive impact on the world. After I finished my masters degree and started advancing through my career, I noticed just how great the need was in our society for mental health support and more specifically, emotion regulation and coping skills. I saw first hand how conditions such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, self-harm, and suicidality only seemed to increase despite our best efforts, while self-esteem, confidence, mental resilience and coping skills continued to plummet. Armed with that knowledge, Trillergy was born. Initially, I had ideas for apps and awareness campaigns, but in the end I was convinced one on one skill-building nurtured in a safe and enjoyable environment would be the most effective tool to meet this need. If any of this resonates for you I encourage you to check us out. Come as you are, put away any preconceived notions about therapy or counseling, and open yourself up to a whole new experience that just might change your life.
COMING SOON...

Trillergy is looking forward to being able to provide in-person animal-assisted, nature, art, and movement therapies.
As the project develops, images will become available here and on our social media platforms. For the time being, all therapy will be held via telehealth.
